1. What Ambilo is
Ambilo is a practice tool for language conversation. It provides an AI conversation partner, on-device speech recognition and on-device speech output. Ambilo is a learning aid, not instruction, certification or a guarantee of fluency, and it is not a substitute for a teacher, tutor or course.
2. AI content
Replies are generated by an AI model. They may occasionally be unnatural, outdated or simply wrong. Do not rely on Ambilo for medical, legal, financial or professional matters, and do not treat its corrections as authoritative.
3. Subscriptions
Ambilo Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription sold through Google Play. Payment, renewal and cancellation are managed by Google in your Play account; cancel anytime there. The free tier is limited to a daily number of sessions, which we may adjust.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Ambilo to create unlawful, harassing or harmful content, to attempt to extract or resell the service, or to interfere with its operation. We may limit or suspend access for abuse.
5. Liability
Ambilo is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Loadcircle Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
6. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
